WOO HOO meet my goal weight at WW. Our leader Pam is such an inspiration . Will continue going to WW and doing SparkPeople to keep it off!! Working hard to stay on track with Weight Watchers. Pam our leader says " you should only track on weeks you want to lose weight"! She's so right! I us my Weight Watchers for point tracking . I LOVE SPARKPEOPLE 💚💚. I am type 2 diabetic so I know my carbs each meal. to stay on track. WW Freestyle Is now watching sugar! The Lord is so Good and helping me daily as I seek Him for direction and healing.

Spark Solution, fitbit, and recumbent bike for exercise Luv It. Joyce Meyer always sets me straight. Need to be obedient and open heart and mind. Being able to walk my rescued Greyhound Priscilla .

Happily married for 49 years. Praise the Lord !Have 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren. Active in Christian Church and community.


Other Information:
Loving knitting & crocheting projects for family for the Holidays. Hubby and 3 grandchildren. Love being able to do things with them and help with family needs and time. Dog lover - 1 rescued Greyhound Elvis . Rescured from Ireland. Just lost my greyhound Elvis and still have Priscilla, 1 cockateil, Repete, who talks and whistles. At times I can't tell if it is Repete or my hubby Dave whisteling. Hobbies: knitting, crocheting and counted cross stitch and gardenig.

    I've found that taking Baby Steps is the way to go....if you think to exercise..no matter what it is DO IT then and there...don't wait. You will be glad you DID IT. I look at EACH DAY as a NEW DAY..Everyday is different...some GOOD DAYS and some BAD DAYS....NOBODY IS PERFECT and that is OK. I don't think I ever have a day that goes the way I plan it. I adapt to whatever comes my way. Stop doing things that you know aren't good for you little by little .... after awhile you won't even miss the things you stop. I can't remember the last time I drank a soda....and I don't miss it at all. One change leads to another....It CAN & WILL Happen... emoticon
