I'm back again this time to stay


I'm 62 yrd young,over weight and what to lose live in Texas got 4 children and 4 granddaughters and 2 greadgrandchildren and onr more great grand child due in Sept. I'm excited. I have 3 dogs have a boy friend We been together for 7 yrs nowso I what to look good for him.

I recently lost my daughter March 2 2008 and stress is taking on toll on me. You aren't suppost to bury your baby.

Now I hath to help my granddaugther since she don't drive and has twins that are 2 ...

I took care of my granddaughter and her kids for the last year, she is getting a divorce and he won't pay child support now she has her own place but I pay her electric bill and phone bill so I can keep in touch with her so the stress has really took a toll on me.

It will get better soon thought and I what to stay here on earth for a while so I got to stay healthly for my grand kids and great grand kids

GOAL IS TO GET BACK DOWN TO AT LEAST 125 LIVE HEATHIER LIFE EXERCISE MORE BECOME FIT

My Program:
 WATCH CALORIES MAKE SURE GET CARB AND PROTEIN EXERCISE EVERY DAY STAY FIT AND MEDIATE EVERY DAY AND DO STRESS CONTROLL.

I'm from Springtown TX have for granddaughters and two greatchildren that are twins boy and girl I'm widow and am dating again what to look my best at all times and feel good about myself

Other Information:
 favorite books are love stories like to be with grand children and love to go to mall so I can walk arounf for hrs and I use the stairs

    I hope everything will turn out okay for you boyfriend on Friday. It is pretty scary when so many things seem to be happening so close together. Hopefully, this numbness in his arm is nothing. I will keep you both in my thoughts. You take care and try not to worry too much. Karen emoticon

    I wanted to stop by and thank you for your comment on my blog. I think you have more on your plate than do. Wow, you are doing great to be able to do all you do. I am taking some of that stuff off my plate and leaving eating right and working out on it. I refuse to keep looking like a beachball on my horse LOL so am determined to get this right. I did really great today and did my fitness and spent extra time with my horses ( I groomed all 3, which they love and I burn cal. doing so, as well) which always seems to calm me down and puts me in a great frame of mind.
    Thanks again and have a great eve. I am sure you stay really busy with grandkids and grt. grandkids. Lots of work there! emoticon
