My name is Beth!

I am a German speaking young woman who loves to quilt.


My inspiration is my grandmother, who lived to be 94 and walked around the block, 1.56 miles, until the age of 92. I want to have that kind of high quality life in my old age. The pain from exercising is less than the pain of not being able to exercise from sedentary habits!

My Goals:
I want to have a high quality of life when I am 90 years old!
This means that although I am trying to drop a few pounds, I am focusing on improving my strength and overall fitness.

My Program:
 I love going on long walks. I also love to do Bollywood dance DVDs, Zumba and really just about any kind of dance.
Swimming is my zen.
I am doing strength training and just about anything to get fit!
