Introduction Text G'Day and welcome to my Sparkpage. I am a retired accountant and a proud grandmother of 2 beautiful Scottish girls.

My goal is to drop 15 kg/ 30 lbs. Lower my BMI and cholesterol to normal levels. Be healthy and fit. Be rid of the extra rolls around my midriff and tummy.

To meet my goal, I am using SP to keep track of my exercises and daily calories. Need to practice PORTION CONTROL! My fitness routine consists of 3-4 days of walking and 2 times/week of ST at gym.

I live in Melbourne, Australia. I've been married for 56 years and have 2 daughters and 1 son.

I love travelling. Have seen a lot of Australia and now that we have grandchildren living in Scotland we travel there every northern summer. We love cruising and in January 2020 we went on our 18th cruise!
