I recently celebrated my 34th birthday and want to make this a year of change.
I recently celebrated my 34th birthday and want to make this a year of change.

My Goals:
Just a first short term goal - I would like to loose 25 pounds by Mother's Day 2012. - Done 3/29/12
I want to lose 10 % (30.5 lbs) by 4/20/12. - Done 4/12/12
I want to lose 35 lbs by Mothers Day 2012. - Done 4/25/12
I want to lose 50 lbs by 6/13/12
In early June I will hike Sugarloaf Mountain in Marquette, MI. It is half a mile up but alot of stairs.
My Program:
I follow the Weight Watchers plan (an older version). I have had success with this program in the past, and then fell off the wagon.
I also work out at the local YMCA 3-5 days a week.
I have a very supportive family and am able to go to them with struggles, victories and questions.
