I love God, my family, and my friends. I'm a wife and a mom of two teenage boys. I'm ready for a lifestyle change, and am super excited to start the 5% Spring Challenge with my fellow teammates.I WILL hit my goal challenge someday...hopefully this spring dang it!

My Goals:
I long to be healthy, fit and toned! My goal is to lose 37lbs.
My Program:
I try to move 10 minutes every hour and love Fitbit challenges. I'm also tracking everything that I put in my mouth, increasing my water intake, and making healthier choices. I am getting into that habit of running reports at the end of the day which helps me to make better choices tomorrow. Participating in the 5% Challenges really help to keep me motivated. I really enjoy them! My teammates are so encouraging.
Personal Information:
Born and raised in CA, moved to AZ in 2000. We love it here, but I will always be a CA girl at heart. I miss my extended family and friends, the magnolia trees, grass, and living 30 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from the mountains.
Other Information:
I enjoy spending time with my hubby, our two boys and our three fur babies. I also enjoy reading anything by Karen Kingsbury. I love the movie The Notebook, and my guilty pleasure was curling up watching Hallmark Channel movies...until we got rid of cable : ( I do miss the Hallmark Channel.
We love our AZ Cardinals, especially Larry Fitzgerald! I sure hope they have a better season.
