    I hate to answer your question with a question, but how much water are you getting in?
    If you're not getting 155 oz (that's half your body weight) of water a day... your body may be retaining water weight!

    you most definitely can lose the weight - you just have to believe in yourself. The weight I've lost is since January 2007 - a lot of people lose this much weight in 4 months. The key is to take baby steps, start by eliminating one bad thing from your diet or only having it once a week. Before you know it the pounds will start to fall off.
