I have thyroid disease. This just started about 4 years ago. Always being less than 110 lbs, gaining weight doesn't make me happy. But I've learned thats not the worse thing in the world. I need to start taking care of myself now. I need to make sure I eat right. I need to excerise. I also found out last year that I have osteopenia. So excerise is a must!!! This year these will be my goals: my sure I take care of my needs so I can be strong enough to take care of everyone else! I love ...

I just found out I have a herniated disc thats causing alot of pain in my hip. Going to PT twice a week. Right now I can only walk till it hurts, and do my PT excerises at home. I don't like to sit still :(
