I have 4.5 year old twin girls that keep me busy all day long. I am primarily a SAHM, though I'm currently a part-time instructor at a nearby University. Before I had my girls, I was a Ph.D. candidate, so I hope to finish that one day.

I have not been able to shed the weight I gained in the last 4 years due to infertility treatments, then twin pregnancy, and then taking care of twins. Not that I was ever skinny as an adult, but I did get down to 167 in 2007 with calorie tracking ...

But now I'm 40 with two kids and a house to take care of so the amount of time I have to focus on me is a lot smaller.

My Goals:
199 (out of 200's!):

190 (no longer obese!!)

158 (no longer overweight!!)


Plus, smaller goals and rewards set in between to make the weight loss doable.

Non-scale goals:
To like what I see in the mirror and photos.

To set a good example for my girls.

To be strong and fit.

To have tons of energy.

My Program:
 whole30

Keep exercising and building on my improvements.

You are gorgeous yourself, and getting smaller! emoticon Even the hubby is noticing emoticon and those can be the toughest to notice because they see you on a daily basis. I am right behind you ever step of the way, don't forget that. I know we can do this! By the way, you live in Burbank, oh my, I lived there for about a year. I loved it, great city =) We live in Cali, we have far more reasons to have some great bodies, hehe. Well not that I would ever show mine, but we have so much to do here, no more living life on the sidelines!! Let's be a part of it!! Wooohoooo! Hope you have a fabulous Friday and weekend.
