as a dragon i will attempt burn away bad habits. or in honor of winter i will freeze them away. either way i am getting rid of them.

Being Consistant is a goal. i will keep moving and trying new things. if i catch myself saying i wont fully accomplish something, i will break down the task into smaller pieces and do a little at a time.

Something is better then nothing.. or being lazy and sliding backwards.
2018 Spring 5% Challenge Community starts in April. i am good at the exercising and drinking water, but i am not so great at losing weight. mostly it is mindless eating and overeating, but i will keep working on it.

My Goals:
Mindful living. i want to work more on being in the moment. i get stuck in what i want to do someday instead of what i can do now.

I love exercise. for fitness, i want to add more flexibility training to help with range of motion and soreness.


My Program:
Nutrtion - working on mindful eating. i want to track my foods more accurately. i pretrack before work days. i will do more planning on days off so it is not a guessing game before meals

Fitness- the next 6 weeks will be jessica smith's Healthy for the holidays. 5 routines a week so the other 2 days i can do whatever routine interests me.

Married for 15 years no kids or pets


Other Information:
My brain is a busy place. i am a mentally unfocused person so i find it hard to stay the course for a long time. I am working to be more present in the moment and focused.
