Introduction Text i have been working on intuitive eating. it is amazing how long i misunderstood being full. i thought full met being stuffed to the point of discomfort. when eating slower and taking smaller bites i actually feel full enough not stuffed or sick. i enjoy eating more even though I am eating less. i still dont make the best choices but i am finding that i wait at least 5 minutes before getting seconds most of the time and it end up feeling full - not stuffed. my next goal is to sleep more. i generally get less then 6 hours on a work night. being tired is the biggest killer of me exercising intensely and eating mindfully. i

Married for 17 years no kids or pets

My brain is a busy place. i am a mentally unfocused person so i find it hard to stay the course for a long time. I am working to be more present in the moment and focused.
