My name is Indy. I was over 300 pounds when I started my journey and I just am glad to be where I am at. Though I am a man of goals and I love to challenge myself. My goal is to be 175. I'm close, especially with as much weight as I have had to loose. I love to practice Tai Chi, Yoga, Kung Fu, hike, cycle, and run. I soon plan to add rock climbing to this list, as well as Parkour.

My Goals:
Weigh in at 175 and maintain that weight maximum

Achieve brown belt or better in Kung Fu

Perform the full splits

Do 1 handstand push up

Do 10 pull ups

Run a 5k in under 25 minutes

Run an 8 min mile

Graduate with my associates from PCC

Work hard, keep strong, dont ever give up!
