2 years ago I stopped smoking and I would love to say that i gained the weight because of it, but that would be lying to you and me. I have yoyo dieted for so long that I have managed to mix up the weight scale so badly that it is now in therapy!

I have sabotaged my health for too many years, losing weight and then gaining it back and then some. Everytime I'd lose the weight, I was so sure I was above gaining it back that i'd go back to my old eating habits.

Why is it that my kids and husband had well balanced plates but not me? I figured it out...finally. I never thought I was worth it, so I just never took care of me.

You know what? I am so worth it. I'm worth the effort and the time and the investment.

So there you have it. A little craziness always helps too.

I'm from Québec Canada. I will be 45 in a few weeks and I love my age and where my life has led me. I have 2 kids ( daughter 20 and son 17). I'm also married to my best friend.

I hope we can be spark buds.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 35 lbs before the end of june. I want to change my eating and living habits once and for all.

My Program:
I use the treadmill 6 days a week for approx. 45 minutes and i also use the stationary bike for about 30 minutes 6 days a week. On alternate days I do step aerobic and pilates. I try to keep my cal intake between 1200 and 1500.

Personal Information:
I live in Montréal Canada and I'm a french canadian vegan. I have a great sense of humour. I love to laugh. I have 2 kids 21 yr old daughter and 18yr old boy. And my best friend is also my husband.
