Ok I'm back.....


I'm not traditionally a yo yo type girl. I just never dieted. In 2007 I joined a weight loss team at work and successfully lost 40 pounds. I found spark and met a wonderful group of people. In the meantime I got comfortable gained some of the weight back. I decided that I needed Spark and my old (and new) Spark friends to help me get back on track to the healthier me!

My weightloss has come from calorie counting as well as exercise. As as said in my first blog back on track I ...
