Introduction Text Starting again in 2013, I am now 44. I gained all the weight back and I am not happy about it! I am ready to make the changes that need to be made. I know it is not going to be easy, but I think the best thing I can do is live moment by moment in a plan and not go into autopilot and just eat whenever. ~~~~~~~~~~Sept 2011, My name is Mischelle, I am 42. My goals are to be a much healthier person and to lose about 140 lbs. I would just love to be able to go into any regular store and pick something off the racks! It is now January 2012 and I started in September 2011 to date I have lost 50lbs. I love it! Only 90 left to go!

To be healthier and lose 140lbs. To think with a healthy mind and treat my body in a healthy way. To make better choices that support healthy living. Learn to love exercise because I know this is what healthy people do. Started Sept 2011 @ 280lbs lost 50lbs.. gained it back over time. It is now August 2013 and I want to pick back up where I left off and get out of this fat suit for good!!

Eating healthier, tracking calories on Spark tracker and making healthier changes and choices along the way. Excercise.
