I had the same problem. Once I lost something and started looking better I stopped working as hard. Of course over time i was back where I started. Getting to that mental state of mind was crazy. I had a really bad sweet tooth. Everytime I ate, no matter what it was, I had to have something sweet. Don't let me go chili's, eat my entree and then split a chocolate chip paradise pie with my husband. Lol I was sooooo happy lol. But I knew I couldn't keep that up. So what I started doing was after I ate I just said no desert. I still had the craving but what I wanted was unacceptable. I decided to get things that were more healthy or not as bad as doughnuts/snickers. I would buy sherbert or frozen yogurt and eat only the serving size. My cravings were satisfied but the choice was better. It took a while but I'm good now. I bought a bag of reese's minis the other day and if I want something sweet i just eat 1 or 2 at a time, a serving is 11 pieces.

That's a good goal. How about rewarding yourself with a piece of jewelry (costume....reasonable), pedicure, manicure etc, something that make you feel good about yourself. Lol I know working out is the thing for many ppl=) I say focus on cleaning your diet up b/c that's the majority of reaching any weight loss goal. I used to do the same thing with certain foods. I would keep eating even when i knew I had enough but it just tasted soooo goood lol. It was a mind thing fir me lol. I just told myself that if I didn't stop, I might as well not complain about myself b/c I'm not helping by eating a whole bag of.....whatever lol. I just made up my mind to stop lol you'll get this

Have a great weekend and 4th!

    Hey! Thanks for the add.
The biggest thing was eating healthier. I can workout and feel great but changing my eating habits was difficult. I love bread and pastries! I had just become tired of going down the same road every year. I had gotten down last summer but I lost it to fast. Boobs went flat and everything. So I stopped and tried to gain a little so my boobs could get back to normal size. Lol I know it sounds weird but so true. I did that and everything was good. Then I became to comfortable with the extra weight and fullness if my body until it was getting out if control. So I started thus journey again with a new outlook 1. Loose slowly don't get to anxious 2. Concentrate on what your working for stay focused 3. Wear a bra that supports your boobs to help keep the shape as you loose 4. Diet but allow it to turn into a lifestyle change 5. Don't listen to other ppl talk about how small your getting and you don't needto loose any more weight 5. I'm not going to compete so I have time to loose and be happy! I put those things into place and took off. This time around is going well and really think it's going to hold.

What are you working on right now?

Have a happy and safe weekend/holiday!
