Overweight for many years - the weight crept on slowly and I didn't 'see' it, i just accepted it. I don't accept it any more - this is not who I am.

Underneath all this flab is a lean, fit, strong, healthy and vibrant woman. I want her back!

My Goals:
90 pounds - the goal setting thing says it will take over a year and a half at one pound per week. I'd like to try to do it faster - a pound and a half per week, but that wasn't an option. I don't think I can do two pounds per week consistenly.


My Program:
Intermittent Fasting: 16/8 to start and 5:2 eating
may alternate with 1200-1500 calories per day
macros suggested by Sparkpeople carbs 50% fat 30% protein 20% - I have trouble getting enough protein

I really want to do it this time. I've tried before and I'm down 50 pounds from my highest-weight-ever but I've been stuck for the last few months and now the scale is starting to move in the wrong direction again.
I really wish there was a magic pill, it would be so much easier!



Personal Information:
Stay at home wife - mom to a 28 yr old son and two cats. I'm a Christian - I love the Bible, crafts, reading and a handful of video games and I'm on a perpetual search to find the 'perfect' day planner.
