Trying to make my way through this thing..
..called life. It's not easy. It's full of ups and downs, but it's definitely a great ride. :)
I'm 19 (almost 20), I'm a petroleum engineer at Texas A&M (whoop!) and I used to be really into eating clean, running everyday, and being as physically fit as possible. What am I now? Well, still an engineer, I have an internship this summer with a company called EOG, I still love to exercise, I try my best to eat healthy, but I'm no longer trying to be perfect. But, I'm tired of not ...

Well, still an engineer, I have an internship this summer with a company called EOG, I still love to exercise, I try my best to eat healthy, but I'm no longer trying to be perfect. But, I'm tired of not eating "well". What's well? Hmm, tough to say...there is no right or wrong, but I can honestly say that I don't have good eating habits, and my energy, skin, and mood are testaments to that. I want to improve, and I want to run a PR in my next half marathon.
I've ran three "major races" to date (major for me, any race is a major race), two half marathons and one 10K. In order of completion: SPI Longest Causeway Run (10K) 48:39, Austin Half Marathon 2010 1:52:38, Armadillo Dash (half marathon) 1:56:ish. My next goal is to run under 1:50:00, but I know it may not happen.
I'm here to document my way through my next training program. I'm going to cycle (spinning class for school), run 4 days a week, and hopefully strength train or do Insanity whenever I can. I'm going to try and stay as consistently as possible, but never any guarantees.
