Hi my name is Jacque.
I started SparkPeople April 5, 2010. I can't believe I have been with Spark for 10 years. I went down 2 sizes and lost 10 pounds my first year and kept it off for 5 years. Since then I have gone up and down with my weight. Although I didn't like the stay at home order that began for me March 13th, I was excited to use the time to make myself healthier and to focus on me. This lasted 2 weeks and then we went to remote teaching. I am now at my highest weight since I gave birth to my oldest son, 21 years ago. My clothes still fit, but barely. I am now starting over AGAIN. I reset all my goals, trackers and revamped my plan. I know what I need to do, I just need to hold myself accountable and do it. I am going to get into a routine in June that I will be able to carry over when I go back to work in July.

My Goals:
By June, 30th I will have done a C25K workout 3 times a week for four weeks
By June, 30th I will have done a strength training activity for a minimum of 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week
By November 30, 2020 I will be a size 12
By May 31st, 2021 I will be a size 10

Personal Information:
I am from Lakewood Colorado. I am a Special Education teacher and the mother of 3 (21, 20 and 14). I love to read. I love all genres, but mostly science fiction/fantasy. I love to hike, dance and spend time outside. I would love to find someone to check in with me often and help hold me accountable.
