I want to be SMOKIN! :o)
Trying to lose that extra weight left over from having my daughter! My goal is to get back down to where I was when I was in college, walking to classes each day... a hard thing to achieve, but I am hopefully determined enough to get there!
I want to feel proud of myself, to look great in a bikini (hopefully with a six-pack- see title of my page~~), to have a more healthy lifestyle to bring my daughter up in- I'd love for her to never have to feel like exercise and healthy eating ...

My Goals:
Get more toned, keep up with exercise at least 4x per week, drink 8 glasses of water per day, eat healthier, lose 15!
My Program:
Trying to use the food tracker (although I admit that's what I'm worst at!) as well as the fitness tracker, stretching every day regardless of whether I have time for a full on workout, drinking that 8 glasses of water, improving my eating habits, doing ab work EACH DAY, and trying to collect my motivation photos!!
