I have just moved back to Canada after living in the UK and Ireland for the past five years. I loved it, but now I'm home! However, my travels were not very conductive to exercise, nor was I eating the healthiest of foods. I want to look and feel my best, but right now I don't. I just feel fat and that is a souvenir I have no intention to keep!

I have been on sparkpeople before and it worked great, so now I'm hoping to get back into it again. I'd love to make some new friends, as most of my old ones seem to have moved on. I could really use some help and support, so don't hesitate to add me or send me a message!

Fitness Minutes: 18,013

My Goals:
Lose twenty-five pounds
Gain muscles/strength
Increase endurance/breathing
Improve posture and flexibility
Meditate for healthier mind

My Program:
January: one hour of cross-trainer per week
February: two hours of cross-trainer per week
March: three(ish) hours per week ~ 10min cardio warmup, 20min weights, 30 min cardio, yoga and meditation for cool-down
May: five hours of cardio
June: six days ~ 5 min bike, alternate arm and leg focused weights, 30min treadmill, 10 min yoga and stretching
July & August: six days ~ four days of above, two days 1 hours cardio instead.
