My goal is to be happy and healthy and feel good about myself.
My Program:
I recently changed jobs and now I only have 30 minutes for lunch. I bring my lunch everyday and it is relatively easy to microwave a lean cuisine or healthy choice and throw a small salad in a bowl. I have also rediscovered how good fresh fruit tastes.
