Introduction Text Hi,let me introduce myself. I live in Alberta, Canada near Grande Prairie (the biggest city North of Edmonton) We farm, 35 cows and two quarters of hayland/pasture. My husband is a full time welder but with trucking in his heart. I have three boys, ages 17, 14 and 11. They are vigorous hearty and healthy. I work at home keeping the little details of the farm running smooth, doing all the business end of things, such as making selling or purchasing arrangements, and pasture rental agreements. I was born with my hips not in their sockets and this condition was not discovered until I started to walk. Consequently, the corrections that were made were not very successful. I have been somewhat crippled ever since. No matter, I have long learned to live with it but it doesn't help to keep me trim. Lack of mobility has kept me from exercising as I would like, but I am determined to try again. I know I would have less pain if I only weighed 140 lbs. My hobbies are: cooking, reading antique novels, a little crocheting and talking. Can talking be a hobby? I chose my online name from the names I had wanted to give my "girls". I guess this is the only way I will be able to use them!

I have accomplished so much throughout my weight loss journey but, I still have fifteen pounds to go. I want them gone by next summer! My next goal is to become more flexible, and to be able to walk greater distances.

Drinking water, eating gluten free and keeping within my calorie limit. I plan to walk as often as possible.

I live in a thriving farm community in northern Alberta Canada.

I am a bit of a bookworm, I would rather read than exercise any day. I love our farm lifestyle, I like to cook and collect cookbooks,
