I circuit train at the gym, use free weights and machines and walk and or run whenever the roads are clear

Thanks for your encouragement about Curves. Seems like everyone else was voting for the gym. My Curves is only 1/2 mile from my house so I can walk there and back which is another reason for me to like it.
