Introduction Text Roller coaster. That will be the title of my tell-all book. I've probably lost 2,413 pounds. It's just the same 30-40 over and over and over. Let's get 'er done!

I have a Black Belt in dieting. Unfortunately the belt is an XXL. I like to read, play with my five y/o grandson, travel, and gourmet cook.

I like in Lakeland, FL which means HOT! But I have a lovely pool, palm trees, and lots of sun. I am SO lucky. I have the best I'm retiring Dec 31 and looking for a new part time job.
