    Hi-Read your comment on the message board about hitting a plateau. I am about where you are--just over 200. A week ago I got to 199.6 and was so thrilled to be in ONE-derland. But shortly afterwards, I went back into the 200's (202 this morning) and have stayed there, even though I am sticking with my 1,200 calorie per day max and continuing to walk. It's very frustrating. I was going to be content to lose weight slowly (I ultimately want to get to 160, I'm trying to be realistic, since I have never before actually hit my ultimate goal), once I got below 200. But to get below 200 and then to go back above it again, through no fault of my own, is just frustrating. I could understand it better if I had been eating M&M's and potato chips, but I didn't!! Good luck with your journey, maybe we can do it with the help of Spark!!
