Since I was 19, I have been trying to loose weight. I have lost it in the past, only to gain it back and get stuck in the up and down cycle.
In 2020 and 2021 I plan to loose this fat, gain muscle, and finally live the life that I have wanted.
My goals are to:
1) Ignore what other people think of me and my beliefs.
2) Be happy with myself the way that I am at the moment.
3) Plan my week/month for my goals and life.

My goals are to loose 60 pounds by my next birthday. I will focus on loosing about a pound to two pounds a week. I will achieve this by being active and exercising 3 days a week to start.
My Program:
I have a breakdown of calories to have at each meal. That way I'm less likely to over or under eat that will lead to more food intake. I will not beat myself up if I go off my plan.
I will be more active by walking and exercising either by DVDs or out in the yard.
Personal Information:
I have been struggling with my weight since I was 19. This time, I plan to take control of my life.
