Awesome! I need to get back on the diet too. Do not stay on phase one longer than what it says... big mistake I made. I ate eggs, cheese, lots of chicken prepared diff. ways. , chili with cheese and sour cream. vegetables. Yes the salads do get pretty boring, I tried even using diff. types of dressings. I ate individiual cheese sticks for my snacks and then ate either eggs for breakfast with canadian bacon or just canadian bacon or turkey bacon (the butterball turkey bacon is the closest tasting to real bacon we have found so far)! Lunch was salad with chicken or just chicken salad , dinner was chili with cheese and sour cream or something else, yogurt sometimes. it is important that you take a multivitamin with this or you will notice that you will start to bruise easier and you will get sick more. Trust me! I was lacking a lot of vitamin B6 or B12 when doing the south beach so be careful. Good Luck and keep in touch girly. 4433 days ago
