Fitness Minutes: 643

My Goals:
Lose 49 pounds in time for University.

My Program:
 Low calorie diet- typical between 1400-1800.

Cardio exercises consists of:

- Walking (Journey to and from college).
- Rowing (stationary) 15 minutes.
- General high impact exercises. 15 minutes.
- Pushups & Pullups. 5 minutes.


Strength exercises consists of:

- Incline chest fly w/ 6.25 kilo weights each arm.
- Abdominal Curls w/ 6.25 kilo weight (Dumbell crunches).
- Lateral raises and bicep curls w/ 6.25 kilo weights each arm.
- Standard crunches


That's it...so far.

    OH thats so cool i'd love to be able to play but i don't really have the time or the money for another hobby lol
    i like Musicals obviously all to do with my line of work
    i like alot of old stuff from 40's 50's jazz to 80's pop rock to power ballads to indie and Christmas Songs lol love them
    yeah i go through phases of liking certain stuff or songs
    so what you go lined up for this week then ?

    Nah they were just some black shoes but they were swish :D
    i have £2 to my name lol
    3 weeks i have 10 weeks and then i still dont come home for another 3 or something stupid like that :(
    4 years do you have lessons or did you teach yourself ?
    what kind of music you in to ?

    Yeah its not pretty lol
    £90 that was spent on 2 tshirts that you will wear then its fine seriously i'm probs the worst person ever for this i nearly made my friend buy a pair of shoes for £500 because i liked them haha he didn't but he nearly did until his friend turned up and said no he didn't have any money apart from his student loan that had to last haha
    Oh how long you been playing ?
    i know how you feel lazy evening and wishing that i didnt have to get up early in the morning and have just one more day off and then another :D

    haha i'm so bad at football i get more exercise running the opposite way :P
    Eww i've never seen them but they sound sick
    Oh go on spill i know worse i bet i got to college with guys whos wallets are never shut :D
    now i am cutting and sticking all the stuff i want this year and trying to make a calorie board of all the things i usually eat in a week so i can count it as i am making it for college and tea and stuff

    yeah i try and come on here and sing because you can't eat and sing or try and do something that envolves not being able to eat :)
    i spent £2 my mum bless her saves and then when she comes up she treats me and my sister lol
    did you buy something nice though cuz if so then it doesn't matter :)
