Fitness Minutes: 643

My Goals:
Lose 49 pounds in time for University.

My Program:
 Low calorie diet- typical between 1400-1800.

Cardio exercises consists of:

- Walking (Journey to and from college).
- Rowing (stationary) 15 minutes.
- General high impact exercises. 15 minutes.
- Pushups & Pullups. 5 minutes.


Strength exercises consists of:

- Incline chest fly w/ 6.25 kilo weights each arm.
- Abdominal Curls w/ 6.25 kilo weight (Dumbell crunches).
- Lateral raises and bicep curls w/ 6.25 kilo weights each arm.
- Standard crunches


That's it...so far.

    yeah i did 8( nah kidding
    my days are well one day i might put up my timetable haha you'll soon see how un nice my days are and not fun i dont think i could sit down all day now and do written work haha its bad enough for one day
    your exam sounds fun and good luck for the ones in two weeks
    OH i forgot to tell you my hip hop teacher comes from where your from and he teaches round there as well in one of the colleges and hes amazing hes a backing dancer for girls aloud 8D just thought i'd tell you cuz i remember you saying about it the other day
    haha i like Essays if there talking ones not having to write them on something i dont understand haha
    dancing is good though

    Karaoke we have a guy in our local called Whatever tevor well that what we call him cuz he always says oooooooooo whatever creepy from like a 50 year old man haha be he was thrusting at my friends :S it was interesting but for a good cause.
    i laughed when i wrote that as well i didnt mean for it to sound like that but i have a habit of it.
    my day was painful i have to go to another college and do my PCE training and its sitting down all day and you have to walk up 10 sets of stairs but 5 flights of stairs and i did it like 4 times :( and i had double ballet which wasn't too bad and i hate ballet
    OMG how can you do an exam on an Elephant :S
    Double maths see i wouldn't find it that bad no matter how hard it was or how bad the teacher was duno why i just like it
    Essay over sorry :(

    sorry i didnt get back to you sooner we had karaoke last night to help raise money for the third years showcase :D
    college is good hard work but fun atm dunno why lol
    ooo im crap at football i run the other way i'm not a fan of balls being booted at me :) thats why i dance
