Fitness Minutes: 643

My Goals:
Lose 49 pounds in time for University.

My Program:
 Low calorie diet- typical between 1400-1800.

Cardio exercises consists of:

- Walking (Journey to and from college).
- Rowing (stationary) 15 minutes.
- General high impact exercises. 15 minutes.
- Pushups & Pullups. 5 minutes.


Strength exercises consists of:

- Incline chest fly w/ 6.25 kilo weights each arm.
- Abdominal Curls w/ 6.25 kilo weight (Dumbell crunches).
- Lateral raises and bicep curls w/ 6.25 kilo weights each arm.
- Standard crunches


That's it...so far.

    haha i just put my head phones in and then say im going to stop at a certain time and then i dont stop until then
    well i said from a young age i wanted to be famous lol

    haha yeah i try and push myself passed the limit and keep going until i'm huddled up in a ball on the floor
    yeah passed out because they moved my dance exam and so i wasn't aloud out for the whole day and i ran out of water and i got in my exam and everything went orange and then next thing i knew is that i was being dragged to the front of the exam hall :s
    it was quite exciting i was the talk of the year haha :D

    haha i wondered where your picture had gone i think you make a nice woman lol oh like the new pic by the way :)
    I so tried doing arm bounces for 5 mins with weights i nearly cried lol because i hate giving up but it was so painful haha stubbon but it works to my advantage sometimes :)
    Oh college, lol i only did half an hour of my GSCE English exam (i passed out) so i wouldn't be much good at A levels lol
    oh i know what stress feels like ive been back a day and i have a whole new list of work to do :/
    its all for the best :) oh and i've lost 5 pounds since i last weighed myself woo me

    my day has been interesting not with out the slight mishap along the way but ive done 6 hours of dancing at college then went to the gym after lol aren't i good haha im dying now though i'm not sure if i will be able to walk in the morning either
    your lucky your driving instructor does it for you my brother had to book his himeself :)
