Hey folks, let me introduce myself I'm Jason and I'm 18. My main reason of being here is to lose weight and just boost my confidence before I go to University.

Fitness Minutes: 643

My Goals:
Lose 49 pounds in time for University.

My Program:
 Low calorie diet- typical between 1400-1800.

Cardio exercises consists of:

- Walking (Journey to and from college).
- Rowing (stationary) 15 minutes.
- General high impact exercises. 15 minutes.
- Pushups & Pullups. 5 minutes.


Strength exercises consists of:

- Incline chest fly w/ 6.25 kilo weights each arm.
- Abdominal Curls w/ 6.25 kilo weight (Dumbell crunches).
- Lateral raises and bicep curls w/ 6.25 kilo weights each arm.
- Standard crunches


That's it...so far.
