2012 - What will this year bring?


Hi there! I'm Jen...

I started losing weight 3 1/2 years ago, and lost 30lbs in 30 weeks, then life happened, and I gained 20 back over the last two years. And I want/need to lose weight because I refuse to shop for bigger work clothes. I have a very active six year old son. He keeps me pretty busy when I am not working. I am hoping to find a positive, supportive people to make new connections as I de-stress and try to live a healthier life. Thanks for stopping and visiting.

My Goals:
Shop/eat healthier.

Become more active in order to keep up with my son.

Make small changes that will add up to a better me.

My Program:
 Weight Watchers - just do it!

I am trying to spend more time on the elliptical trainer - 3-5 days/week - 20-40 minutes each.

I am getting back to tracking my food, and activity.

    Hi, my week is going well!! MY DH and I celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary today, but have plans to go out tomorrow evening, because my daughters dance recital is tonight. My parents anniversary is this weekend too, so we are celebrating that on Sunday. Should be a great, but busy weekend. Hope you have a great weekend!! emoticon
