    Thank so much! I'm doing my best to plan my food and write it down in the morning, and then only eat what was planned. It worked yesterday, for sure! It was the kind of day where normally I would snack a lot, and I didn't. :)

    Jodi so glad you have returned. Am so sorry for all that you have gone through - stress is something we all deal with at some time and sometimes more stress than others.

    Please remember to just take it one day at a time - get up plan your food for the day, write it down as that helps, commit to eating only what you have written down and then tell yourself that you only need to do this for today.

    Also remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined as that is where you will be motivated and encouraged
