To a life time of health.


I have been apart of the Spark family for a few years and love it. I do slack off every now and then, but I always return. I would like to lose 10-15 pounds before starting my family. I have been married for 5 years, have been together for over 10 and we are very much still in love. Due to health conditions, I need watch my diet and exercise so here I am.

    Thanks for commenting on my blog. I just love this time of year, mostly because I like the get-to-gethers. Luckily or not, everyone gathered at my house so I was busy enough to not snack the whole day... but I also end up with ton and tons of leftovers so I'm not sure I'm coming out ahead in the end.
