Never a Dull Moment...


I'm a 50 something guy who is tired of being a slouch potato! So off the the gym, and count all the calories for me. And it really really works, yea!
Also, happily married and crazy in love (yes to the same person, lol) to the mostest wonderous wife in the world.

My Goals:
Goal number one is to get down to 200 lbs! for the first time in decades, ouch!



My Program:
 Workout 4-5 times a week, and also log all the calories I take in.

From Northwest Lower Michigan. Points to hand, see? Right there! Oh... ok, Manistee area, if that helps, lol.
Also, Ezzie and I are TeamSandrich from Geocaching, and members of the Michigan Geocaching Organization.
