Thanks for the comment and encouragement on my blog. I weighed myself last Monday and had lost 2 lbs, so it was a bit of a shock for it to go back on plus, but I did lose 0.2 lbs since last Saturday so I suppose that is something. It is a help to have input from other people who have the same experience and helps put it in context. I did say when I started that my progress is generally very slow. I don't want to be out of the challenge though as it is a big motivation for me. 2881 days ago

sometimes I sleep late so I can 't do all my workout , that's how I got the idea to do at least half , i always feel better after moving a bit. I'm glad if it can help you too 2881 days ago
