MISS_VIV
congratulations on you and your hubby squashing the smokes. You will do just fine, and yep... your house is probably filled with attitude. Deep breathing really helps. If you haven't tried it. check it out. Whenever you get that little twinge of attitude, just step back and take a few deep breaths and know that it will pass.
MORTICIAADDAMS
You are so right about the amount of work involved in gardening but we are still young enough to enjoy it and it's good for us physically. And the way we do it isn't too bad. We have the garden fenced in. We raise out own transplants and then plant them and mulch as soon as possible so we have very little weeding to do. Makes it a lot easier to just keep the pests out, fertilize, water, and harvest.
NURSNANA
Congratulations on your weight loss journey! I have also been blessed with six grandchildren, two sets of twins! I am a retired nurse, and I do miss nursing. I have been thinking about going on South Beach. I am also a yo-yo, up and down kind of lady. I struggle to get motivated to eat healthy and try to do some gentle exercise. Thanks for giving me some hope. Keep up the good work! Nancy in Central Virginia
