Thanks for your comment on my spark page. I do eat nuts, especially almonds for my snacks. I also include fruit and yogurt as healthy snacks. I did have a few goldfish crackers the other day and limited that. My treats and my snacks are two different categories in my mind since I really limit sweets, like chocolates and am not limiting fruit. I try not to totally eliminate one thing, like chocolate, so it does not become a craving. Kay PS You look very fit. 6 days ago
