Introduction Text Getting back to me! "Today I make healthy choices that support and fulfill me!"

My Goal is to be happy. I want to laugh out loud everyday. I want to be healthy.

I am currently on Weight Watchers and have been since March 2008. I have lost 50 lbs. to date and look forward in continuing my journey.

My Name is Jayme. I live in Lancaster Co. PA. Originally from NJ, with several stops along the way. I have a wonderfully supportive boyfriend and a beautiful adult daughter, both of which make life interesting to say the least.

I left my career in March '08 to get back to me. I lost myself somewhere in the last several years and I missed me. My career became who I was, it defined me...the me that was not nice, not happy, no friends, lots of power, and lots of loneliness. Thankfully my family knew I was in there somewhere and stood by me and encourage me to find me once again.
