Hi: I'm 4'10. That says a lot. My heaviest weight was 184 on New Year Day in 2009. My weight loss Goal is to reach 120 pounds and be very toned and maintain my VOLUPTUOUSNESS.
It is now August 16th 2011 and two days ago I weighed in at 193 lbs. down from 198 lbs. I am leaving the message below there to show where I was one year ago. Optifast worked only until i stopped using it.

Hi: I'm 4'10. That says a lot. My heaviest weight was 184 on New Year Day in 2009. My weight loss Goal is to reach 120 pounds and be very toned and maintain my VOLUPTUOUSNESS.
It is now August 16th 2011 and two days ago I weighed in at 193 lbs. down from 198 lbs. I am leaving the message below there to show where I was one year ago. Optifast worked only until i stopped using it.

MyFitness Goal is to Exercise hard and effectively when I feel like it, want to do it and plan to do it well. Otherwise it's just an objective that never gets fully met. I want my exercise routine to be steady and consistent and to stop setting the bar too high. I have a binge-like enthusiasm for exercise. And like most things inconsistency doesn't work for me.
As of 11-12-09 (to be updated monthly) I have lost 33.3 pounds. I am following the Optifast eating program through Kaiser Permanente for health reasons not by personal preference.
By way of history: I have survived over 12 surgeries and suffer with chronic pain. I've learned to smile through the tears.
Here at sparkpeople I've learned a lot about myself amazingly and my strengths and weaknesses and have met wonderful people and found a guiding light to show me the way to live and learn and love and give and grow !
"Energy" to me (my Image Avatar) is something I have a lot of but for so long it had been only in my mind. Now I'm able to set it free. I love Jazz and what is brings to my spirit and my soul.
I love God who makes all things possible.
God is with me and guides me and without him (or her), I would not make it in this life. I believe that God will help me to succeed and reach my goals.

Personal Information:
I was born on December 6, 1956, and am an only child.
I've survived multiple serious surgeries; used to be a primary focus of my history, no longer so.
I quit smoking cigarettes on
August 21, 2007 and I can honestly say that I will never smoke again
Other Information:
I truly Love the Lord Jesus Christ who Strengthens Me, my Family and my Closest Friends. Prayer and my Spiritual Connectedness is the most important thing in my life and makes all else possible.

Heaviest Weight 09-02-09 = 180.5 lbs 10-01-09 = 162.2 lbs. 11-05-09 = 151.6 lbs.
