I'm Jonna Beck. I'm 48 years old and live in Murray, NE. I've been married to my husband for 26 years and we have 3 kids. A son and Daughter in their 20's and a son who is 7 years old. I work in an office and in 2014 I started a weight loss program. In 18 months I have lost a total of 130 pounds! But 3 months ago I have bilateral total knee replacement surgery . I have gained back 20 pounds and want to get back on track. I have 50 more pounds to lose and I've never tried spark people. ...

    I have a 19 year old son. And I'm also deciding what kind of business I want to do now. I have run a cleaning business for 10+ yrs.--mainly to pay the bills. It allowed me the flexibility I needed with my son, who has special needs. He's in college.

    Way to go Jonna! Keep on pushing! You're a real inspiration time. I'd like to lose 50 pounds by my 39th high school reunion this summer. But I know even 10 pounds will have an incredible impact only health! We can do it! 😉
