I have been using spark people for 5 years now. Wow. It does work. I am down 25 pounds. I have not been consistent but when I am, it works.

My Goals:
1. Lose 34 pounds by August!
2. Remain a NON-Smoker.
3. Quit drinking Diet Coke.

My Program:
 I am following my 1500 calorie diet using meal plans from Spark. I also do cardio or strength training for 20-30 minutes daily.

    FB impersonator, ugh!!! Hopefully you have this taken care of. I've heard that you get the best results by contacting FB directly and have them help.

    Thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment. The Senior Center doesn't stay open past lunch unless, like today, to assist the Seniors. It is against their policy to stay open at night unless they have one of their foot stompin dances. Use to live about 2 miles below Bagnell Dam at Camp Bagnell. Beautiful country up that way.
