    How are you doing with your three meals? I remember on a long trip I was on years ago, I very easily fell into having just a latte in the morning and then two very nice meals a day. Of course, when you're a tourist, there are lots of things to occupy your mind and lots of walking to do. Anyway, keep up with what seems natural and try not to be complying with the rules of too many systems to start. Get stricter later rather than earlier, just like you might with exercise. emoticon
