    Hi, Jeanette! Welcome to Spark's. If you are interested in a great 8 week Challenge, check out the 5% Community Challenge. It starts Saturday at 12:00 am and is one of the top 4 most popular and active challenge teams on Sparks. You'd have to sign up in the next 24 hours though cause once it begins, no one gets on till Spring.     We are 14 competing teams who virtually travel around the world to a new location each week with exercise minutes counting as air miles. We also have a new challenge each week called LTGL (Living the Good Life) - healthy habits that help us live the good life. The first week we get 1 point (up to 8 total per person) for each 8 oz glass of water we drink. The 2nd week a new healthy habit will be added and it varies by Challenge. Each team is supportive. I wasn't successful till I found these teams. I need the accountability and support they provide and the time limit. It's not forever. Just 8 weeks. I can do 8 weeks. Want to join us? Time is short. Teams have formed and we're boarding the planes for take off. But they can always squeeze in a last minute arrival if we havn't taken off yet.
