That's a very BROAD question to ask! I would say find something you love to do and do it. Personally I would never workout if the only exercise was swimming or zumba. some people feel that way about weight lifting and running (which I totally dont get.. haha) But find something you love and do it. and follow Tosca Reno's Clean Eating diet. Try starting with one small change at a time. Create a healthy habit you can live with for the long haul. For me, I started by replacing my Dr. Pepper with water. Then I added 10 minutes of daily exercise. Then I added 5+ servings of fresh fruits and veggies daily. Just one step at a time. I think taking on too many changes at once can be overwhelming and make our journey more difficult.
