    I had the opportunity to visit with my sweet cousin this weekend. She and I were discussing some of these topics and we both agreed that things roll so much easier when you give yourself a break and are proud of doing something and don't demand that you do EVERYTHING! :) Loved it! Kind of an ah-ha moment. What you do doesn't have to be perfect as long as you are doing something...

    Thank you for sharing your 'routine'. I too struggle with the dinner time chow down!

    Thank you for reaching out! I am going to start planning my meals ahead and charting the cals ahead instead of doing the opposite (which obviously isn't working). I have lost 30 lbs since the beginning of the year. I was on track and kickin tail until April and landed in the OR for emergency surgery. The scale has been at a stand-still since then. I'm back to the gym but have to get my cals under control. Are there specific things you have worked into your daily meal plans that help you?
