Hello everyone! My name is Jenny and I'll be 37 this year. I have a wonderful, supportive husband of almost thirteen years and two beautiful daughters. Ashley is nearly 10 and Alissa is One Year Old Today!-at the begining of my weightloss journey.
Hello everyone! My name is Jenny and I'll be 37 this year. I have a wonderful, supportive husband of almost thirteen years and two beautiful daughters. Ashley is nearly 10 and Alissa is One Year Old Today!-at the begining of my weightloss journey.

Fitness Minutes: 9,919

My Goals:
5/13/09- Lose 20# in 10 weeks: DONE!

6/1/09-Lose 25# by Anniversary!

7/4/09-Lose 35#, pass half-way point, Not embarassed to wear shorts!

My Program:
 Stay on Track!
Start Small.
Eat more vegetables.
Eat less junk.
Stay Focused!
Drink more water.
PORTION CONTROL!!
Build Momentum.
Strength train 3X/ week.
Cardio 6X/ week.
Stay on Track!
TRACK EVERYTHING!

    Hey thanks for joining my challenge! I am glad to have you! Be sure to stop by the discussion forum and read the details of how it works. I have done this program myself a few times and I have gotten such good results. By all means it is no miracle program it takes work and self discipline, but with that you can get great improvements. Tons of people have asked me how I lost my weight, and I decided that I would just set up a team based on what I do. So if you want to follow my work out program you could. I am working super hard to keep everything really active and have a great support system throughout the team. Anyways, I will let you go. I hope to see a lot of you on the team forums!
