Introduction Text Hi! My name is Jennifer. I'm 32 & happily married for 8 years to Jonathan. First & foremost, I am a Christian. I love the Lord with all my heart & want to live everyday to please Him. I have always been on the chunky side - most of my family is. But over the last few years it has really gotten out of hand. I've never been really motivated to lose weight until recently. We don't have any children yet, and I want more than anything to be a mommy. So, my last "icky doctor" visit, we talked about that. And, of course, the first thing she says is "you need to lose some weight". I had some lab work done & found that my cholesterol was a little high (207). In searching for some good foods to eat to help with that, I stumbled across this website. So, here I am!

My goals: 1) Spiritual Fitness - daily prayer & time alone with God 2) Physical Fitness - a) Long Term - lose 75 lbs by Dec 16th (my 7th anniversary) b) Short Term - Lose 30 lbs by July 20th (my birthday) c) Exercise - at least 10 minutes a day. 3) Clean & Organize - God blessed us with a new home this year & I want to keep it where people can come visit anytime!





We are very active in our church. I sing in the choir & on our praise team. I teach 3 & 4 year olds Children's Church on a 3 month rotation schedule. Jonathan & I are also part of Royal Ruckus - a Christian based group of local clowns.
