Working on a new me...
2021
Note: when I get to my goal weight I will readjust if I need to lose more.
I'm disabled and it really changed my life over the past 10 yrs. I was healthy, and in shape for the longest time then I got Meniere's disease and gradually lost my hearing. Not being able to hear when exercising has been my defeat, but I decided to fight back. My health is suffering and I've chosen to work hard and not let my illness defeat me any longer.
